Nancy A. Casey

Attleboro - Nancy A. (Egan) Casey, 62, of Attleboro and formerly of Rehoboth, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Barbara C. (Sawyer) Egan. Nancy resided in Rehoboth most of her life before moving to Attleboro two years ago. She was a medical secretary at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence for many years, and was most recently employed at The Literacy Center, Attleboro. Nancy was a former lector and CCD teacher at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Seekonk. She leaves a son, Adam P. Casey; a granddaughter, Arianna Grace Ellis; a sister, Carol Day and her husband, Jeffrey; a brother, Jack Egan and his wife, Anne, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Barbara Jean (Casey) Ellis. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 984 Taunton Ave., Seekonk. Interment will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITATION will be Tuesday 5 to 8p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to The Literacy Center, 80 North Main Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 would be appreciated. TRIPPFUNERALHOME.com
